Abstract

Compartment syndrome is defined as the presence of signs and symptoms related to the increase in pressure within a defined compartment and that leads to a

The etiology of compartment syndrome is diverse, however, the main cause is traumatic, especially in young men, so you must act quickly to avoid neurological damage through timely treatment consisting of extensive fasciotomies without closure to release the pressure of the compartment and then perform continuous progressive closure.
